Gransden Construction

Founded in 1946 by Eric Gransden, the company has now been re-established by the third generation of the family at Wises Oast in Borden. Over the past 60 years, Gransdens has established a reputation for quality and has worked with a diverse range of clients and designers on a vast array of projects.

Today, we continue to uphold the excellent standards and traditional skills which have been developed over the years, whilst maintaining the quality and expertise in building and construction for which the company is renowned.

We are Kent County Council Approved Contractors offering quality assured building work, with a total commitment to meeting high standards.

Gransdens has always operated an apprenticeship training scheme for traditional building trades and many of the skilled workforce were originally trained by us. In addition, the company employs specialist contractors and professional advisers in order to provide a complete service to its clients.
