Tolhust Court Office Development

This two storey office development was carried out in conjunction with John Kettle Associates (Structural Engineers) and Inwood Tuck Jones Partnership (Architects). The building is formed by a structural steel frame, precast concrete first floor, in situ concrete ground floor and sheet metal external cladding with contemporary finishes throughout.

We have been fortunate enough to be involved in a range of high-profile construction projects over the years, in particular within the local authority and leisure industries. Many of the photographic images contained within this literature were taken on behalf of the family company, EC Gransden & Co Ltd, an organisation that the current team at Gransden Construction Ltd, which was launched in 2005, has worked within for many years.
