This contract was carried out across two occupied colleges and included demolition of a 6 story building, geological stabilization works, new roads and services, construction of a large car park with street lighting and drainage, refurbishment of numerous blocks of classrooms, relocation of an entire village of large temporary classrooms, associated hard and soft landscaping and a large mechanical and electrical package including works to the high voltage cable infrastructure to distribute existing HV and LV electricity to the new accommodation, along with a new data server room, associated IT works and three catering tuition classroom facilities.
